Vadim Krutov is the Group Chief Operating Officer at Bitfury. Since joining the company in 2017, he has held various director and executive positions in the fields of Operations, Business Development, and Strategy. With 20 years of experience, Vadim is a driving force behind the strategy execution and operations management across the Group, fostering growth and efficiency.
Prior to joining Bitfury, Vadim worked at System Integrators and Big 4 consulting firms such as E&Y and PwC. He concluded his tenure at PwC as the Director of the Strategy and Operations Advisory Practice, specializing in the telecom and technology sectors.
Throughout his career, Vadim managed large-scale transformations and improved productivity for businesses with complex organizational structures, diversified operations, extensive geographic reach, and large headcounts of up to 300,000 employees.
