Dr. Jackson Hu is a 35-year veteran of the semiconductor industry. He is currently a Venture Partner for Wi Harper, an international venture capital firm. He is the former Chairman and CEO of UMC, the world’s second largest semiconductor foundry. He was also formerly the CEO of SiRF, IC Ensemble, S3 and Verticom. He received his Ph.D. and MS in CS from University of Illinois, and his MBA from Santa Clara University.
