Jason Weinstein

Former senior U.S. Justice Department official in charge of cybercrime enforcement

Jason Weinstein is a partner at Steptoe & Johnson. He was the former deputy assistant attorney general in the Criminal Division of the Department of Justice, supervising Computer Crime, Intellectual Property and Organized Crime and Gang Sections. Jason was also formerly a federal prosecutor. He received his JD with honors from the George Washington School of Law and received his BA from Princeton University.
