Manish Agrawal is the Finance Director of the Bitfury Group. Manish brings 22 years of experience in senior finance positions with listed and private equity-backed businesses in the UK and internationally, covering complex global businesses. He has an established track record in group reporting, finance, treasury, financial compliance, corporate restructuring, and implementation of financial systems, across multiple industries including business services, consulting, technology, and manufacturing. He has been successfully involved in M&As, forming business partnering and acquiring funding for growth. He joined Bitfury during July 2022.
Manish has managed global finance functions involving most of the geographies. He began his career in Vedanta plc corporate office in Mumbai to set up Management assurance division. He was also a member of the Indo-Thai Chamber of commerce in Bangkok while serving as the finance head at Mega lifesciences global manufacturing. Subsequently he was Group controller and Group Chief Accounted for UK listed companies. He has been residing in UK for 15 years. Manish enjoys working in multicultural, innovative technological solution and supporting strategic finance to start ups within the group.
He is a Chartered Accountant, from both ICAEW UK and ICAI India. He is Commerce graduate, Intermediate in Company Secretary-India, holds Diploma in IT e-commerce and has completed Executive Leadership Programme from University of Oxford.
